These are for use as holiday accommodation. They are not for use as a residence. The Long Term Casual fee is $75.00 per week. Usage fees are $8.00 per night for adults (16 yrs and older) and $4.00 per night for children (2-16 yrs) for van owners and for visitors. Day visitors are $6.00 for adults and $4.00 for children. Electricity metered individually. Prices are GST inclusive. Until July 2008.
